A SECOND presumed Chinese spy balloon, about the size of a small car, has been shot down over Alaska on Friday.
Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby confirmed that President Joe Biden gave the orders to bring down the high-altitude object.
Kirby said it was too early to determine whether the unknown object belongs to the Chinese government or a private business.
He added that officials will be able to recover the remains of the object after it was brought down over frozen waters.
